"I have been practicing United States immigration law since 1997. I am admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Erie County, and New York State Bar Associations.

I handle cases involving the entire spectrum of the U.S. immigration law, and have clients from all over the world, and in all 50 states. With respect to my experiences outside the law, I have appeared on CNN American Morning, have been a speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association annual conference, am the author of the Deportation and Removal Blog, and I'm listed as one of the most influential activists on Twitter in the area of U.S. immigration reform.

Most importantly, I'm a hockey fan. I grew up in Buffalo, New York, and my parents were season ticket holders. Just like every other kid in Buffalo in the 1970s, Gilbert Perreault was my hero, and the number 11 was sacred. A few of my dearest friends were able to realize the collective dream of wearing an NHL sweater. Being exposed to their experiences enables me to fully appreciate how much of a privilege it is to be a member of the NHL Alumni Association, and I am honored to have the opportunity to be of service to your members.

If any of your membership ever have any questions about their U.S. immigration status, or have a problem that needs resolution do not hesitate to have them contact my office."
